This weekend incorporates time in nature, listening and sharing, movement, ritual and yoga nidra (an effortless horizontal meditation that induces a deeply restful state of being). These practices will gently focus ourselves on finding truly sustainable and regenerative activism.
This is an ongoing monthly gathering of friends and colleagues for discussion and exploration of the ethical responsibilities of facilitating yoga nidra.
