Our OPEN CIRCLES are a friendly monthly gathering space for ALL facilitators of yoga nidra to enjoy a practice of yoga nidra, followed by open discussions relating to all the ethical issues arising for facilitators of yoga nidra. If you have completed a training in yoga nidra facilitation (in any school or tradition), or if you are currently in training to facilitate yoga nidrā, you are most welcome to join us – bring your ethical questions and queries!
PLEASE NOTE all graduates of the Yoga Nidra Network’s own Teacher and Facilitator programme get a 50% discount when booking their place in our Open Circles – please use the link in the Online Learning Sanctuary Graduate Space to book your half price place on the next Open Circle.
We also invite you to explore our own Ethical Guidelines, and to bring questions and queries about these to our Open Circle. All attending this circle are invited to read our Operating Ethics here.
We also have made a video presentation that we invite you to view here.
Please also read our Statement In Defence of the Practice of Yoga Nidrā here.
Please organise a place where you can lie down to practice yoga nidra and still be visible to the facilitators. This means set up your phone, tablet or computer so that the camera can see you even when you lie down to practice yoga nidra, side on, from the head to the pelvis.
Our Open Circle is our invitation to you to enter into discussion with us about these statements, so it only works if everyone in the circle has actually read the statement!
See you in the circle lovelies,
Uma, Nirlipta & Yoli
